Returns & Refund Policy

At Hathaway Jewelry Collection, we are committed to delivering the highest quality jewelry and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read carefully.


General Policy
All sales are final except in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Damaged, defective, or poor-quality products upon delivery

  • Jewelry not matching the advertised description

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or items worn, altered, or damaged after receipt.


Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@hathawayjewelry.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.

  2. Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging, certificates, and accessories.

  3. Hathaway Jewelry Collection reserves the right to deny returns if items are damaged, altered, or missing components.


Returns Process

  1. Request a return within 30 days.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship items securely, insured for full value. Hathaway Jewelry Collection is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.

  4. Upon inspection, we will approve or deny the refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds cover the purchase price only. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the return is due to incorrect or defective items, Hathaway Jewelry Collection covers return shipping costs.


Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return items and place a new order.


Quality Control

  • All jewelry is inspected before shipment.

  • Claims for defects or damage must be submitted within 30 days.

  • Hathaway Jewelry Collection may deny refunds for items returned worn, damaged, or improperly handled.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items worn, resized, or altered

  • Gifts or items without proof of purchase
